Experience Palm Accommodation

Palm Accommodation has 15 fully furnished rooms, each comes with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and drawers. All rooms also have Wi-Fi access, a heat pump, office desk and chair; perfect for your work or study.

Additionally, the premises is equipped with a number of security cameras in public areas, for your safety.

Room Rates

Single Room:

  • $125 per night
  • $350 weekly rate (long-term 1-3 months)
  • $250 weekly rate (long-term >3months)

Premium Single Room :

  • Single Person
  • $135 per night
  • $375 weekly rate (long-term 1-3 months)
  • $275 weekly rate (long-term > 3 months)
  • Couples Rate
  • $150 per night
  • $420 weekly rate (long-term 1-3 months)
  • $315  ( long term > 3 months)

Double Room :

  • $175 per night
  • $560 weekly rate (long-term 1-3 months)
  • $410  ( long term > 3 months)

With long-term units starting from $250 per week including electricity*, gas, water, and internet usage. Our rooms are the ultimate in affordable city living.

*Each room has metered electricity, measured in units. Each month, 150 units of electricity are credited to your room, which will cover most uses. Heavy users who exceed this threshold are required to pay the excess over this amount at the current rate (please check the most current rate with the site manager)

All long-term rooms benefit from a weekly cleaning service of all public areas.

 

Additional Services Available

  • Reserved Room Rate: Want to reserve your room while you are not there? We offer 50% OFF your weekly rate when you have a long term room with us.
  • Parking: Available at $5 per night / $15 per week. Please check for current availability.
  • Luggage Storage: $25-50 weekly rate (long term) based on size. Please check for current availability.
  • Personal Room Cleaning: $25 – includes washing bed linen and vacuuming floor.
  • Clothes Dryer: $1 per 30 mins.
  • Airport Shuttle Service: Get picked up or dropped off to the airport for only $50 per trip (up to two passengers)

Long Term Accommodation - Minimum 28 nights

Upon moving in, we require a total of 5x your weekly rent, this includes:

  • Rent In Advance – 1 week rent
  • Bond  – 4 weeks rent : 4 weeks bond is completely refundable provided that rent is up to date, room is clean, tidy and free of damage. 

Paying Rent

Your rental cycle begins on the day you check in. For example, if you move in on a Monday, your subsequent rent is due every Monday. Payment options include bank transfer and credit card, although we recommend setting up automatic payments.

Moving Out

Please provide a notice at least two weeks before your departure.  Additionally, we will retain 4 weeks bond until a room inspection is conducted. The bond will be refunded within approximately 5 business days, depending on tenancy service.

Included Amenities and Services

  • Internet – Wired internet is available via ethernet point in your room. Alternatively, Wi-Fi connectivity is included with all rooms.
  • Furniture – A comfortable Bed, Wardrobe, Drawers, Desk and Chairs are included in each room. Additionally, a Dining Table and Couches are available in the shared public area.
  • Bathrooms – A total of 5 separate toilets with 3 separate showers located around the premises.
  • Security – For the security of all guests and residents, a CCTV system is installed in all public areas. An on-call staff member is available 24/7 for emergencies.
  • Amenities – You’ll find a 24-hour TV Lounge and a vending machine for your convenience in the center of the front dwelling. The laundry includes a tub, washing machines and a dryer. We also offer complimentary bicycle racks in the rear of the premises.

What’s The Next Step?

  1. Complete the Long Term Online Application Form here.
  2. Make sure to thoroughly review Terms and Conditions; they hold significance.
  3. You will receive notification of your acceptance via email or phone.
  4. Upon acceptance, a one-week deposit is necessary to confirm your room reservation.
  5. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within two weeks of your arrival date.
  6. We will email you all reservation details upon acceptance, kindly verify their accuracy.

On Your Arrival Date

  1. Remember to bring your Photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport).
  2. Payment – A four-week payment is required, as detailed above, and contingent upon receiving a deposit.
  3. Keys – Each individual will receive 1 x Premises Key and 1 x Room Key; please keep them safe.
  4. Tenancy Agreement – It is imperative to complete and sign this agreement as it outlines the terms of your tenancy, including minimum stay requirements, emergency contact details, and inclusions.
